A Chicken on Every Pot!
Featured in this gallery are the "chicken pots." Each piece is unique, hand thrown, hand painted -or- drawn and therefore one-of-a-kind. The "chicken" pots follow several themes and those themes will be repeated, so you can request a pot from a thematic group. Chickens were the first "livestock" we acquired on the farm, and they are so beautiful and so much a part of our everyday life, that they were the perfect subject for a series of pottery that really reflects "life on the farm" for me. |
