| It's Lavender Harvest Time! come join us on Saturday, June 25th, 2011 10am-5pm Open Farm Day with an emphasis on the Lavender This season we are offering visitors the chance to cut their own lavender bundle(s) for $5 each (If we cut them, our fresh or dried bundles are $8 each) Bring your own garden shears/scissors if possible (but we will have a few pair available to borrow). We'll provide the rubber bands and instruction in the best way to cut a lavender bundle). Most of the angustifolias are in full bloom, so those will be the plants we'll cut from this weekend. We will be open rain or shine (dress accordingly and bring umbrellas if needed) No pets please! |

| Lavender Fleece handmade lavender soaps & other lavender products as well as our own unique "lavender pottery" will be available in the farmstore. And as always our family members will offer guided tours of the farm where visitors can view our dairy goats; Icelandic sheep; llamas; alpacas; Sadie, the Great Pyrenees guard dog; peacocks; chickens and even newly hatched "peeps." |
