| NMI429P "Puffin" Daughter of Iceland ram Rektor 3/4 AI (Rektor, Morro) Black & white spotted horned twin Lambing record: 0, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 3 Puffin is an outstanding ewe with a chest measurement that rivals many rams. Her sire, Rektor has an outstanding score of daughter prolificacy - 125! In addition she has proven to be and milky and has lovely fleece. We have discovered that she can't be AI bred, however. In the two years VAI was attempted, she ended up with lower prolificacy (years 1 & 4). So from now on she will be bred to a farm ram. For her 2012 lambs, Puffin is being bred to Ragnar. All lambs are reserved. |
