NMI429P "Puffin"
Daughter of Iceland ram Rektor
3/4 AI (Rektor, Morro)
Black & white spotted horned twin
Lambing record: 0, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 3
Puffin is an outstanding ewe with a chest measurement that rivals many rams. Her sire, Rektor has an outstanding score of daughter prolificacy - 125! In addition she has proven to be and milky and has lovely fleece. We have discovered that she can't be AI bred, however. In the two years VAI was attempted, she ended up with lower prolificacy (years 1 & 4). So from now on she will be bred to a farm ram.
For her 2012 lambs, Puffin is being bred to
Ragnar.
All lambs are reserved.

LF314U "Petula"
Grey moorit horned twin
AI genetics include Bambi, Blaevar, Hunn and Kani
Lambing record: 0, 1, 1
Petula's got some great Iceland ram lines behind her, and we think she has tons of potential for the future because of this.
She is shown above at 1 1/2 years of age. At right she is shown sheared at 3 years of age.
Petula will be bred to
Skrauti this season.

LF317U "Poppi"
Black & white spotted horned single
AI lines include Rektor, Morro & Kunningi
Lambing record: 1, 2, 3
WOW! What a beautiful ewe and she's built like a tank with heavy bone structure. This lovely daughter of Puffin (above) joined the flock the fall of 2008. Poppi had an exceptionally huge lamb fleece -- it weighed 3.25 lbs. after skirting!
For 2012 Poppi is being bred to
Ragnar.
One ram reserved.
